End of the Road – Something Whimsical

It’s kind of a whimsical piece, this one.

And more whimsical than I intended.

But I seem to have a need getting that part of me out from time to time.

It doesn’t take a huge part of my social personality, to say it mildly.

Anyway, this is a scene I imagine along the Norwegian coast.

Ocean, wind, grass, sheeps and worn-down houses, almost grinded down by the salty storms.

This is one of those sunny days, though.

Where we remember how lucky we are to live in such conditions.

As I often do, I’ve made a short time-lapse video of the process.

If you want to see how it got made, you can do so here:

I also did another digital piece, which I’m not that satisfied with.

It’s depicting another one of those coastal walks.

Breathing in that fresh, cold air.

But it just ended up too childish and unsettled.

I wanted to put too much into it, and it just doesn’t play well together.

I can’t find the motivation to keep working on it, though.

So it’ll just stay as it is.

So that’s it for now.

I hope you are doing well.

And that you are having a great day!
