To spice it up a bit, I decided to do a couple of those hill drawings using watercolour.
So far I’ve done the ink drawings first, adding the watercolour as the last touch.
Now, however, I wanted to do it the other way around.
I can see now that I should have taken photos before and after the ink.
To give a clear view of the process.
Unfortunately that idea crossed my mind too late.
But it was great fun, and an opportunity to test my creativity.
I did quite a few pieces, the one at the top being my favourite.
None of them ended up great, however.
But that was not the intention.
It’s nice to work without all the self conflicted pressure once in a while.
And to feel some fresh air in the process.
