Fresh Air – Ventilating The Digital Pen

I’ve been painting a lot on my ipad lately.

Mainly because there has been a lot going on, and I haven’t found the energy to get all my physical equipment out.

But it will get out of those shelves soon enough, I’m sure.

In the meantime, though, I’ve been letting my digital pen out for some fresh air.

I’ve used the oil painting tool for quite some time now, and I needed a change.

So, instead of painting nature, I decided to draw it.

And this is what came out of it:

It was so much fun getting back to the pen again, depicting nature in a more detailed way.

I’d forgotten how much I enjoy drawing trees, and those good old fence posts.

Put a soaring eagle on top of it, and I’m engulfed in the scene.

I also decided to make a background for the drawing, trying to depict an old parchment.

I think that gives the drawing more depth and solemnity.

And solemnity for me is being out there, breathing in that fresh air.

I hope you are having a great day!

      1. Hope-? May be all you need is– to change the heading of the blogs. Show features. I think it may work – May be title — “To Fresh air for your children wall” — something like that ? ?? I love painted wall hangings myself. Nothing compares to a positive and beautifully made painting on wall.

      2. That’s true. I’m not sure I’m there yet, but I’ll keep that in mind 🙂 I just love exploring different mediums, so I’m not sure I would be able to stick to it 😀

    1. Thank you, Michele! I hoped the scenery would be versatile enough to be associated with areas all over the world. So I’m very glad it remineded you of somewhere 🙂

I would love it if you left me a few words
