The motivation behind this drawing/painting was to see if I could make a good seascape using a pen tool.
I often paint water, but I rarely draw it.
So I did a quick drawing to see how it went.
I was a bit lukewarm to the result at first, but now I think it turned out kind of cool.
It was fun to put on some strong reds and some yellow, which made it look a bit different than usual.
Anyway, I hope you are doing alright, and that you’re having a good day!
This makes me think of all the older simulator games of the 1980s and early 1990s, flight simulators, tank simulators…so many games with cheap contour lines and low-quality vehicles that blasted into cubes and pyramids when you crashed.
Maybe there’s a sub breaking the water surface in the next frame?🙂
Red October…wait, something new and current…Red April. 😛
Red April is a good name 😊
I like the color scheme!
