It is still winter here in Norway, with huge amounts of snow slowly soaring down from the skies.
The temperature has been locked steady below -10 degrees celsius, but now it is starting to get warmer.
Also, the daylight is staying longer and longer through our afternoons, which is a source of new energy in itself.
Soon the snow will be melting, and the frozen earth beneath will flourish with growths of all colours.
I am looking forward to that sight of spring, which made me think about this watercolour painting I made a while back.
I picture this as such a spring evening.
There is still frost in the ground, but the air is filled with a breeze turning warmer and warmer.
It’s almost like the trees and the grass are giving their first wiggles of life.
Waking up from a long, cold sleep.
Beautiful colours
Thank you so much, Adam 😀
Ha, it’s colder here in Oklahoma. We have -15 degrees Celsius this morning.
That certainly is a bit colder, as we’ve got only -1 today 😊😊 And the sun was out, actually giving off some heat. What a day to be alive 😀
Every day is a great day to be alive.
That is very true, Laura 😊
