Framing an Old Favourite

About two years ago, I painted this palette knife painting during one of my sessions:

Since then it has been lying around at home, a bit forgotten and unattended.

I really like this painting, though.

So when I recently bought a few wooden frames for future paintings, I decided that there was an old one that deserved a framing as well.

So now it looks like this:

I think the clean frame calms the painting down a bit, and I like the space the canvas gets inside.

It was nice to see it finally beeing appreciated in some way.

And, after all this time, it was nice to see an old favourite again πŸ™‚

      I really appreciate it!

I’ve learned most of what I know through tutorial videos on youtube, so I definitely believe you can master it πŸ™‚

I would love it if you left me a few words
