I want to pick up my micron pens again, after almost a year for them lying in the dark in my drawer.
I’ve been doing pen drawings in my sketchbook with my sailor fountain pen, but that’s with water soluble ink.
Now I want to add some watercolour to finish the drawing off, and that’s a job for the microns.
So I drew this scene:

I imagined a busy cafe street, with lots of people buzzing around.
I did my best to not overwork it, and stick to just one line for each object.
I think it ended up rather well.
So now there’s only one stroke of watercolour remaining, which I’m looking forward to adding 🙂
Hope everyone is well!
Nice clean lines there Kim. A nice reminder of times pre-social distancing.
Thanks, Steve ☺ Yes, it’s hard to imagine these kinds of crowds at the moment, but it will be in the end. So we’ll just have to wait it out ☺
Interesting! It has a European feel !
I agree ☺ Southern Europe is the «spot» I had in mind ☺
It is pawsome. Will you show us the finished with your watercolours? 🐾💜🐾
Thank you 🙂 Of course! Probably tomorrow 😀
I understand completely. Its good to be able to work both ways. Nice work.
Thank you, Michele 🙂 It’s nice to mix it up a bit 🙂
